Walked out in front of my house on the other side of the road to check for tar spot. The out side row had a lot of tar spot but the next row in had no tar spot. Once I got away from the road there was no tar spot on the out side row. Next field down the road had just a couple of spots along the road. Same variety same planting date. The outside row that was bad the leaves on the other side of the plant the tar spot was not as bad. We put xyway on with the planter 2x2 half rate then came back with the other half when we put nitrogen on with y drops. What is going on.
