| No one knows for sure yet it seems. I've heard it doesn't pay to spray past 1/2 milk line. I've also heard of positive responses just before black layer. Hopefully we will know more next year. If it doesn't hurt the yield much, I would still be concerned about standability this fall. If those leaves get shut down, it will cannibalize the stalks to finish filling the ear. | |
