St. Joseph, Champaign County, IL | You should be able to rotate that image, so it is correctly orientated.
The second picture is a screenshot, that I took just after selecting your picture I'd downloaded. Off the the right, you see the "rotate left" and "rotate right" buttons. Using either of those, you can correctly orient the picture before it's posted.
If you go back to your post, you should be able to click the oval Edit button, under the SUBJECT line in the post header. This should take you to the edit page where you'll have Add / Remove attachments at the bottom. Click on that, and your attachments (pictures) should then show again, with the buttons beside them to either remove or rotate them. Do with the attachment as you please (rotate it in this case), hit the submit button, and it should be good to go.
