Foolishfarmer, what town are you near? I live close to Ind. south of I70 and it was dry in June but here its rained ever since. It's just amazing how close you can be and still have very different weather. I will say I have always been able to at least run combine though whatever, lowest field of corn was 12 and beans was 5. Not a pretty thing, crop insurance has saved us several times.
