JMO, but 15% is the ideal moisture for putting in an air dry bin. Soon as we get enough in we start the fans & let them run till bin is full & air coming out the top is cool. Have even put in at 26% and occasionally will put load or 2 on top at 18% . Just make sure beans are clean, green pods can cause problems with air flow
