You will be just fine. We cut beans at 14-15 percent all the time and 16 some. We put them in bins with stir a rator and run them to blend wet and dry beans together. I have actually dried beans with the bin burners and stir a rator before. A lot come to think of it. 100-110 heat max.
They will gain at least a point over in moisture or more than what they went in at then start to come down. It goes quick. Shut heat off at 14 and they will be 12-13 percent. Also run stir a rator to speed up the cooldown. I know I know, I’m weird lol
