Plant corn and plow tile, way better than wasting your life (in Southern MN of all places) growing wheat. If you insist, harvest wet like 18 or higher and dry, way too many get hammered trying to harvest dry wheat here, bleached, VOM, falling numbers, low TW, lower protein, are you nuts?
