If you haul some at harvest anyway dump wettest beans in bin then to elv at 13 and back to bin under 11 or 12. Be careful about running fan too much very easy to over dry in your climate and end up hauling 9 or 10% beans in anyway. Challenge is might harvest 15 -18% beans all week then 7-9% beans the next, really takes two bins side by side to make it all work for easier blending on load out.

In defense of the elevator they occasionally have to dry beans in wet spells to keep loading trains at harvest. Obviously their goal is ding for moisture but not have to actually run the dryer,
