Princeton, Indiana | A friend of mine volunteers occasionally at a food pantry. They recently got their hands on some beef roasts and nobody would take them. She was talking to some people asking them why they weren't grabbing up those roasts and nobody knew what to do with them. They had no idea how to cook it. They were grabbing every frozen pizza in site.
Every one of them was carrying smart phone. How hard is it to pop up a video on "how to cook a pot roast"?
