Subject: Spring soft wheat in the fall?

What happens if a guy bought some spring soft white wheat out of northern California and he plants it in Texas in the fall behind cotton?

It’s just a couple bags for my wife’s baking. The variety is “Twin”. So just one acre of it. I’ll probably be looking at a November 1 plant date and I would not expect it to go dormant here. I will have cows on the place from January to March 1 unless something tries to joint early.

It’s just an acre so not a huge deal either way, but I’d like to plant it when I plant the rest for simplicity. I have almost zero experience with spring wheat, but figure some of you guys do.
