Man I wish we would have known those existed! We did 40' wide buildings, one 630 feet long, two 480 feet long and about 100 feet on a 4th building. Wore out broke several nippers.

I say we, a couple guys I had hired to tear them down and repurposed to machinery storage sheds on a completely different site.

Those would have been a lot easier on the hands.

We drove the remaining part of the nail into the purlins and reused them, being careful where you cut a board with saw. The metal trusses were originally 10 ft apart and we put them closer at 8 ft so cut off a couple feet of the purlins board.
