Low country boil is a suggestion for an on-site meal. Last year for deer hunting, (25 people), my wife made Mexican spaghetti which went over very well. She made it ahead of time in a roaster and also head garlic bread and tossed salad. Otherwise as mentioned it's hard to beat pulled pork. Something I'd like to try is pulled ham.
