I heard it said today that there might possibly be more acre revisions later on down the road. Of course, there may not be also. This of course would be a market mover down the line. This would also explain why so many are surprised by the numbers yesterday. Is there a precedent of the USDA lowering the acreage later, beyond what they do in August?
