| The last time this field had corn was 2021, so rotation must not help much. But the neighboring field to the west had beautiful looking corn last year. I thought the entire year it was one of the best fields around. After the year was over I asked him what it yielded, and he said some pretty low number, way below what most corn in the area yielded. He's an older guy that doesn't spray fungicide, and probably doesn't scout much. I'm guessing I know why his beautiful corn yielded so poorly last year. | |
