Gps is the old one one with a black box in the cab. Still programed for coast guard beacon correction. Not programed for current correction satellites. Speed on the A post is there and appears correct.
There is a ground speed splice bar behind the right hand service door. That's where the transmission speed signal gets split; one signal goes to the APost and the other goes to the YMIU where it's processed and put on the CAN bus for the Pro 700 to read.
If the A Post speed is good, then your speed sensor is working fine and you have a problem somewhere downstream. Could be wiring/connectors (water, corrosion, damage, etc.), the splice pack, the YMIU, or the Pro 700. I would bet on them in that order. The splice pack should have a splice bar for pins 2/3, and one for pins 4/5/6.
Be aware that there are 3 splice packs behind the service door, so make sure you're looking at the right one. I'm pretty sure the ground speed splice has 3 yellow and 3 red wires. The others should have black and/or blue wires.
