Stop leak is the worst repair tool to ever be marketed, all it does it plug your radiator tubes and you still have a leak somewhere.

Is this a Cummins or Gasser? Either way repair is the best solution. Cummins would have a few more aftermarket options. What I usually do is buy the expandable plugs from napa or similar.

Cummins had a series of bad block castings the are known for cracking under the exhaust manifold, but typically don't hear of them in the 12v application, only 24v
