Ludington/Manistee MI area

We got 2 8000 series Allis’s a Genesis and a couple Deere’s.  The 8030 or 8050 get used nearly daily from the day in the spring when the first oats goes in to after the last wheat goes in.  The Genesis plants corn then sits in the polebarn till next planting season.   The joke is the old timers had tractors that were dedicated mounted corn picker tractors we have a dedicated corn planting tractor and the planter might as well be mounted like the old corn pickers.  I know of another guy that has a Genesis that has sat unran in a polebarn for 8 years.   We farm over 1300 acres mostly with the Allis’s.
