just a tish NE of central ND | I don't disagree at all. Commercial raised breeds may be big breasted growthy chickens to begin with. Then commercial feeds pushed for faster more efficient growth makes muscles. Chicken breast has always been lean white meat to me anyways. And I have always found chicken breast to be dry and stringy while other people rave over it as the best part of the chicken. |
