So we cannot find good chicken Anymore. Buy chicken breast's from grocery store and they are so stringy you can cut them decent with a steak knife. They are also way too big for a chicken breast. What have they done to chickens to make the breast's large and stringy?

Check out "Farmer Focus" brand. Here in Virginia it's sold at Costco, and the higher end grocery stores. Wholefoods, Kroger, Wegmans etc.
If you buy it at Costco it's the organic brand. Sometimes it's got the Farmer Focus label, and other times it's the kirkland label.
It's the best chicken you can buy.
