Southwest Illinois | At least they are getting rid of it before they completely destroyed it. AGCO has a long history of buying companies and running them into the ground. For example look at Glencoe, Tye, A&L Grain Carts, Rogator, etc. When they bought GSI, they destroyed the customer service and parts while investing nothing in R&D. They are like the pirates for farm equipment, they take over, rape and pillage for all they can, then dump it. This area used to be mostly Brock and GSI, now anything new going up is either Sukup or Brock. | |
