Best of both worlds is a compact wheel loader. Small enough to do most skidder work and big enough to lift some big stuff. Be similar money to your 332G. Can see all directions, easier to get in and out of, very handy for lifting things around the farm and you don't have to get out under a loaded boom, decent road speed. John Deere 244 and 324 series is what I am familar with. Get one with skidder attachment on it.

I don't own one yet, but after loading a piece of equipment with one it's definitely on my list. Very handy. Basically all the positives of 3 different pieces of equipment rolled into one.

I really dislike skid steers, as often I need to get out to reposition stuff as I load a trailer, very dangerous. Can't see half the time either. Plus you get to rut up the driveway or destroy grass.
