| I have been experimenting with different recipes that I see on Facebook. I was apprehensive about this one but wanted to try it. It is a recipe for brownies.
I watched the video a few times to make sure I got all the ingredients. In the video the lady didn’t measure accurately, but I tried to get it figured out.
Black Bean Brownies
One 15 oz can of black beans
Four eggs
Two large bananas
1/4 heaping cup cocoa
1 heaping tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
No sugar added chocolate chips.
Rinse the black beans thoroughly. Blend in food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
Pour on a 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. I added zero sugar whip topping and zero calorie salted caramel syrup. Enjoy
