The only reason I could see for getting the fork lift is you own a warehouse with 15ft+ pallet racket. If its an either or skid loader every time, Just make sure it has the lift height you need for what you're buying it for. You till have the loader for backup when you need just the couple more inches. Skid loaders can be quite smooth once you learn ow your specific machine functions. I have not ran an electro hydraulic machine, we still buy hand/foot controls so you can feather the hydraulics very nice.
