A model 12 is probably not hydraulic. Never run one myself. Hand controls will probably be a workout. Gear teeth are probably all nubed off. $50 per hour labor. 5 gallon of diesel per hour is another $20 hour. Go with $150 per hour.
Surprisingly, no, which is why I ended up with it. Very low hour, privately owned machine.
