Have a good friend that has been in a wheelchair since 2019. We modified one bedroom ceiling and installed a gantry crane device. You might want to make a provision for that. When we redid our house the back door into the kitchen was ordered as a 36". It arrived a 3'6". Best mistake ever.
I suppose the reason is to build a house to make it easier for you in your older years.
Cutting back on possessions, is hard to do....
And your kids don't want your stuff.........
If you need a Walmart sized house then you are not ready. Gantry crane, that is too much. |
