I have read everyone's commits and thank you for the advice. KWS is right the system penalizes the kids that work. G5ag I agree with what you are saying, he's not looking for a hand out. He got the CD from his Great Grandparents who have pass on and we would not let them spend any of it. And yes its not alot of money because it's not like is going to YALE. He is going to school to become a machinist and a CNC machinist. Which is a 2 year program to start out but can build into more if he desires. Schools are stupid expensive, but so is everything else. Once again Thank you for the comments.
Well until this was added, as I read, I kept saying to myself COMMUNITY COLLEGE. I don't know how other states are but here it is almost free yet. You get about 1/2 the credits for very little money. All the general ed stuff, which to me was the boring part. But I am ancient and went to a 4 year university back in the old days of $2000 a year for school and books, living extra.
