Dad told me one time there was a certain day (maybe a stage of growth) old timers said to cut Canadian Thistles to do the most good, however he did not know what that day was. So anyone ever here that and happen to know the day?
Dunno about 'a' day but here I've found that if I cut the buggers right about the time they are setting up their flower buds that seems to hurt them the most.
You know - - - grow them to death.
Will not get 100% kill but you can put a hurt on them - - - seems to here anyway.
