Simple to make. I just did a gallon.
1 Gallon Apple juice or cider.
7 ounces of dextrose (corn sugar)
1 packet of Montrachet wine/champagne yeast.
Mix ingredients, then put on airlock
Let ferment/age 3-6 months or longer, if possible.
