| Our beach house we built a couple if years ago is 100% wheelchair accessible. Parents fid it so when they are old and i guess for old people who may buy it. Doesnt have the railings in the bathrooms yet but all the walls are already studded and backed for it. Has an elevator which is used all the time. Hallways and such are wide enough but most modern homes today have wider hallways. A true ada bathroom without a shower takes a minimum of 8x8 area. | |
