I’ve had Tom Carrol and tom jr paint for years. Have been dependable till now.
Two years ago he did a pkg job for landlady and didn’t complete one building.
I was going in for surgery, took his word Job was complete. I paid him, sorry to say it wasn’t
Promises he with be back
He returned a text this am
Said he would be her next week
We shall see
