So it looks like a run down building for a outdoor lawn products place...but their web site shows historic pictures from when they were a tractor dealer.   The standard web template they use kinda makes you think it might be a scam but Google maps gives the same web site for that location.  The parts they list are far too random and specialized for a regular scammer site that targets very common/popular new items instead of parts.

Also found a reference to them on Yesterday's Tractor forums from 2018 from a local person in NY that gives the same phone number.

I'd say it's legit but definitely can see how it would make you wonder.
