Are you wrapping it because you're concerned about it drying down ? Big fan of red clover here, i've never had much problem with it drying down enough when it's mixed with some grasses like that looks like you have good feed there I wouldn't worry about feeding it to whatever class of cattle you need it for even calves should do good on it. Then again I've been known to graze almost pure stands of red clover and knock on wood haven't had an issue with that either as long as the cattle are never overly hungry and overeat too much of it all at once.

Can't tell from the pictures about what the yellow flower legume is but if it's a round yellow ball type flower they call that "hop clover" around here it's just something that volunteers on tougher clay hill type ground.
