Thanks. I will look into those ideas. In settings it tells me that my I phone can't be backed up unless I buy into some 50 GB storage plan that will cost me $1.29 per month. Apparently my photos have been stored in the free I cloud and it is full. I don't need to store them there and have changed the settings for future photos but need to get the existing photos and videos out of it to store on my own external hard drives.
