Subject: RE: Everybody talks about ivermectin

Faunsdale, AL
It’s readily absorbed through the GI tract after oral administration and some topical formulations are well absorbed through the skin. I would NOT inject the injectable formulations.

When the first ivermectin came onto the market, the injectable had a label for horses. That didn’t last long before MERCK (manufacturer) withdrew it because of the low incidence of injection site abscesses. I would take that orally IF I WANTED TO MAKE SURE I DIDN’T HAVE WORMS.

When I had COVID the first time before vaccines were available, it took me two weeks to shake it. I didn’t have a bad case but just couldn’t get over the fever and fatigue. As I have reached my 60’s I find it takes a long time to get my chest to clear out after any congestion. Seems that a trip to the doctor for a course of steroids can shorten the coughing up crud stage by a couple weeks or so.
