Nw Iowa | I don’t know what is tasteless about giving someone cash? But seems taboo in todays world. I have a drawer full of unused gift cards have have expired. These promotions are always these gift cards. They always expire in about 10 or 12 weeks. I got a 100$ one for buying some tires. Carried it around for a couple of months knowing we were going on a short vacation and would use it up on un deductible meals etc. expired 5 days prior. So I get on phone, spend a half hour with provider, ( 20 minutes of that on hold) and they send out another one for 90$ which under circumstances is fair enough but this post reminds me again that thing is about ready to expire again. About the only way to use them is like said above, a big enough purchase so that full amount is used up right away. | |
