Wisconsin		For every mile of 173 through the bogs and swamps, there's a hundred miles of a farm or house around every corner. Even 173 was too rough for speed a couple years ago, and fifteen years ago the deer were so thick you'd see dozens dead at EVERY POINT all the way along as the snow melted. 55 is fine and you won't have any problems going 60. MN has more wide open spaces, I can't explain IA.
