West Central IA | You need to put kelp meal in with your mineral. I had pink eye bad for nearly 2 years. Got real good at shots and making patches for cows. Added kelp meal to the mineral in August and it was gone by December and has not been back for 2 full years. The cows are missing something that the kelp meal provides as my cows will eat it first as I use a 3 compartment feeder. Salt in 1, mineral in 1 and kelp in the 3rd one. | |
