Here are the recipes my wife used. Go to allrecipes.com and enter the dish name in the search. 1. Mardi Gras King Cake, 2. Uncle Dank's gumbo, 3. Drunken collard greens, 4. Southern dirty rice, and 5. Colleen's slow cooker jambalaya. All are very easy to make but I will add the gumbo requires quite a bit of stirring. Joe.
