Southeast WI		Lots of people here, lots of deer to hit, lots of slower equipment on the roads with bad sight lines on roads, lots of people drive 60-65 on the good co and state roads anyway. Bump it up and they will be doing 70. And plenty of FIBS that drive horrible making it dangerous for farm equipment.
