have experienced with this same issue also. same landowner all of the time. we have no cattle in that part of the world, only crops. damage every year. the son got mouthy with me telling me i need to trim our trees and fix his fence. the answer hear is 'good fences make good neighbors'. i say 'good neighbors make good fences'
