NS Canada | Sold a bull to a guy a few years back, who had some age on him by that point (maybe 5 or 6 cant recall), heard from him this summer and he had 80 calves after him this year.
Wouldn't recommend it, but he's doing it.

Run 2 bulls. It's cheap insurance against not having calves to sell? When planting corn? Do you skimp on seed and expect a big crop?
This isn't skimping on seed, it's trying to plant 2 seeds in the same hole.
