Your point that someone else knows before the general public is a serious one. And yes, dealing with only the acreage report it could easily be brought to everybody at the same time and blended into the market rather than held back, known by some, and then thrown at the market. USDA reports invite corruption the way that they’re done and I’m not so naïve to think that corruption doesn’t take place with that much money in the balance. Reduce their power. |
