Hoisington, KS | We have a Speedrite 3000 hooked up to a 30W solar panel that keeps the battery charged and have been having problems with the shocker not working when it is full sun out. Unhook the panel from the battery and it goes back to working fine. Testing the battery while full sunshine the battery is showing 15.3 volts, unhook the panel and it drops to 13 v. Is there a voltage regulator that is needed for the Speedrite to work correctly? Funny how when it's this dry how quickly cows can figure out the shocker is not working | |
