I can’t imagine how little organic matter I would have if I planted soybeans more than once. Can’t hardly keep corn residue or roots around in a 3 year corn one year soybean rotation. Soybeans must be more fun to combine or yield more consistent in other areas so they are enjoyable. All the bottom ground here is usually 25+ years coc because it’s always 200+ and soybeans get tall and fall over and are dirty and full of high water debris.

I know some local that have made it work. But it shows.


With out grass type CC and NT I think SB after SB would be trouble
We raise great SB yields ---average 75-80 takes a very good year to average 210 on corn
Working so far ........................
