The heavier clay dirt looking really pretty good this year. The sandier stuff has some hot streaks running thru it. Prbly average out. If everything goes right from here on out, I think I could hit 70’s. But it’s still long way and a lot can go wrong.
And I’m hoping prices continue to rally into October!
