Pyroxasulfone (Zidua) did not cause the damage to your soybeans. Most likely it is saflufenacil (sharpen), unless you sprayed something else too. The fact that it was dry between application and when you planted made the sharpen act like it was applied right at planting, then raining before soybeans are fully emerged is the worst combination with group 14s.
