I was just thinking about this yesterday and dug into it a little. What I found was an extension was filed and EPA granted an additional 3 years which is up on Feb 15 of 2025. I assume the company’s that want to make it would have it on the shelf and can sell it after that date? Then we would see and use it in the 2025 crop season?
The chemical company can pay the generic manufacturer to not make it. That's my guess as to what will happen |
