southwestern illinois | I am in southwestern Illinois and have done continuous soybeans in a hand full of fields in the bottoms as well. About25 years ago i did extensive testing for cyst nematodes, what i found was many cysts but absolutely none of them were viable . I assume the wet conditions always controlled the nematodes. I have been wanting to apply gypsum from a local source but it hasn't happened yet. | |
