Topsin, or a genric T-Methyl from FBN or whoever can get it for you. 20-30oz per acre.
NDSU has done piles of replicated studies on Endura, Propulse, Omega, and Topsin. Endura is likely the most efficacious, but Topsin(T-Methyl) is comparable and cheaper.
