They never got the process working correctly. Product would be too wet/too dry or not the desired analysis.
A big storm went through and took out about half the sites that supplied raw litter to it. Blew down 30 big barns.
Bird flu issues, several of the remaining site depopulated when bird flu went through.
Egg pricing, seems the chicken companies have found it more profitable to sell eggs for 3 times the price and sell half the eggs as before bird flu. Older barns have cages and cage free is all the rage now so they have not remodeled older sites and increased the bird population again. |
